The Club
Ambsace Racquet Club is a new kind of sporting club — rooted in the traditions of racquet games but designed for the way we play today. Where the old guard built walls, we open doors.
Named for the lowest roll in dice — the double ace, or ambsace — the club embraces the spirit of fair play, good fortune, and the joy of showing up regardless of the score.
We bring together four great racquet disciplines under one roof: tennis, squash, padel, and real tennis. Whether you've played for decades or picked up a racquet last week, this is your court.
Four Disciplines
From the ancient courts of real tennis to the fastest-growing sport in the world, Ambsace spans the full arc of racquet sport.
The timeless game. Grass, clay, and hard court sessions for all levels. Social doubles every Sunday.
The purest test of racquet skill. Glass-backed courts, regular box leagues, and coaching from county-level players.
The social sport of the moment. Easy to learn, impossible to master. Drop-in sessions welcome.
The sport of kings, dating to the 16th century. Played on one of Britain's few surviving courts.
Inaugural Event
Four racquet sports. One day. Teams of four compete across tennis, squash, padel, and real tennis in Cambridge this June.

Club Goods
Limited-run pieces designed to be worn on court and off — the kind of kit you'd reach for on a Saturday morning whether or not you're playing.
Become a Member
Ambsace is building something new — a racquet club for people who love the game, not the gatekeeping. We're opening our founding membership to those who want to shape what comes next.
We'll be in touch as things take shape. In the meantime, keep your racquet hand warm.
